Medicine Dance

Medicine Dance provides the opportunity for you to explore deeply intimate connections with both yourself and spirit through movement. Jason Traweek will set the circle and provide drumming and sounds to guide your experience as you move through your journey. Lauren Tietz will provide gentile guidance to bring you into a deeper place of mindfulness and body awareness. This is open to everyone of all abilities: no prior movement experience is needed. 

*Note* - this is NOT an ecstatic dance. Rather, this is contemplative dance where the focus is inward. Eye contact, touch and spectation are discouraged in this setting. We are together, but in our own journeys.
