SHAMANIC DRUMMING SPECIALTY CLASS

For centuries drumming has been used for healing and spiritual deepening practices. In partnership with the Austin Shamanic Community of Austin, Jason Traweek continues the shamanic journey tradition by offering medicine drumming and sounds (shakers, bowls, bells) for deep relaxation, internal exploration and healing. The hour-long session will move from quiet meditation into shamanic journey drumming, and then back again into integration.
