Multi-instrumentalist Jason Traweek (aka Spirit Lab) creates the sacred space and sounds to celebrate our body's innate, healing connection to drumming through dance and ceremony.
This event is similar to an Ecstatic Dance in the sense that there will be a warmup and a main wave starting with low intensity moving into high intensity, and then slowly coming back down settling into stillness
We will start with a grounding organic ambient to a high staccato warmup.
There will be a short opening circle to set guidelines and personal intentions for the dance, then Spirit Lab will start the main wave taking us on a journey specific to our place in time and space.
Jason will be accompanied by other resonate professional musicians who all will be listening to each other and the room, you and I, to create an in-the-moment one-of-a-kind movement experience.
